About Me

I have been a fitness fanatic my entire life. Before becoming a personal trainer and coach, I played soccer, competed in fitness competitions, participated in crossfit, and coached my kids’ sports teams.

Most of my career I worked primarily with women seeking to lose weight, be healthier, and feel better.

While I still work with these ladies, my focus has shifted some over the last couple years as I have witnessed the struggles of my elderly parents. This has driven me to pivot to a more preventive health strategy. I am now working with middle-aged women who have maybe seen their own parents’ decline in aging and want to be proactive about preventing those changes in themselves, as well as senior women who are already experiencing changes and want to do something to slow/stop/reverse these changes and live better.
